I gathered data on a senior female executive in a global banking and financial services conglomerate.  She was perceived to be cold, insensitive and bullying.  Even senior male executives were scared of her.  She used to reduce her PA to tears on a regular basis.

When I gave her the very heavy feedback she was shocked and told me that none of her bosses had ever told her that she was coming across like that.  The feedback was a life changing event.

A few days later her PA called me and asked me what I had done.  I asked her what she meant by that and she replied that she had gone into work and been given a big hug by the client who apologized for how she’d treated her for so long.
